Programme fees are payable in full upon enrolment. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all programmes — if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session date may be rescheduled at no charge.
